Projects

As a freelance consultant I have done several projects within the field of Ethics & Compliance, both long and short term assignments where I provide advise or fully manage a project (including stakeholder management, tooling and reporting on progress and milestones).

 

In my projects I focus on creating a safe working environment for your employees. An environment in which employees feel free to share their thoughts, ideas and concerns and are empowered to do right. This results not only in employees feeling more engaged, but also creates better teamwork, boosts innovation and supports inclusive decision making. This ultimately leads to better results.  

A new code of conduct for a startup

Consultant

After some changes in management, a startup was looking for guidance in defining their core values and ways of working together. I held interviews to define their values and culture drivers and - with a group of dedicated employees - renewed their code of conduct. A series of workshops were designed to raise awareness on specific topics in the renewed code of conduct.

Training & awareness program redesign for a strategy consulting firm

Consultant

A six-month assignment for the risk team of a global strategy consulting firm, advising them on how to increase risk awareness amongst

the partner group. 

The assignment resulted in a new training framework, training content and risk content being included in the full employee journey.

Speak Up in Financial Sector

Project Manager

A long term assignment with the goal to promote employees speaking up and sharing ideas and concerns. With the use of a programmatic approach different departments are made aware of the importance to speak up and managers were given tools to improve their speak up culture. Company wide, speak up was integrated in their values and formula.

Implementing a Whistleblower Hotline

When implementing a new Whistleblower Hotline and process, it is important to also think about what your goal is with this new tool and how you can position it to get the best results. I have advised this global player in the staffing industry on the communication & training aspect prior and after the launch of the hotline and their long term vision for creating a speak up culture.

A global investment company wanted to reposition their Groups Ethics & Compliance program to engage the Ethics & Compliance professionals in their daughter companies. I have advised on how to increase engagement with the Groups Ethics & Compliance program and necessary training and communication pieces.
